Kyria Sabin is the Owner and Director of Body Works Pilates. Kyria started Body Works Pilates in 1993 as the first pilates studio in Tucson. Her location in Tucson is also the headquarters of Fletcher Pilates, a. specific pilates style that Kyria and her team teach to students around the world.
